This book is growing out of the Kitchen and Herbal Cupboard recipes on this site. Each chapter follows a season: what is in the garden and the hedgerow, what goes into the pot, and what goes into the cup.
The recipes are being tested and filmed here first. When a chapter is complete, it moves into the manuscript.
